New Out of Hours Contractor Appointed
Paisley Housing Association is delighted to welcome Timetra as our new Out of Hours Repairs Contractor from Monday 12 October 2026.
Timetra has significant experience in delivering emergency repairs services for housing organisations and will support our commitment to providing tenants with access to assistance when emergency repairs occur outside normal working hours.
As we begin this new partnership, we would also like to express our sincere thanks to Valley Group, who provided out of hours cover on an interim basis over the last few months. Their support has been greatly appreciated and helped ensure this essential service remained available to our tenants throughout the procurement and transition process.
We look forward to working with Timetra and developing a strong partnership that delivers an efficient, reliable and customer-focused service for our tenants.
