Paisley Housing Association is currently consulting with our tenants on our annual review of our rent & service charges. The views of our tenants are extremely important and influential to us. This consultation will be open from Wednesday 7th January 2026 to Friday 6th February 2026.
This year we are consulting on two options:
Option A: 5.5% increase in rent
Option B: 6% increase in rent
