Struggling to make your payments?

If you are struggling to meet your payments please get in touch as soon as possible.  We want you to receive the financial support that you are entitled to.

Our Advice Team is on hand to provide advice and support on benefits, money and your energy bills that may affect you. They can also provide advice on how any changes may affect you. They can be contacted on adviceteam@paisleyha.org.uk or by telephone.

Missed payments mean increasing debt and if necessary we will take legal action to recover arrears, court expenses and our property.

If you’re having problems paying your rent or you're struggling financially, it's important that you talk to us as soon as possible - you should contact your Housing Officer in the first instance. You will find their contact information below.
