Pegasus, on behalf of Renfrewshire Council, will be carrying out street lighting works along High Street, Paisley, from the junction with Lady Lane to the edge of Paisley Museum.
The full extent of the works area is shown in the image below.
The works will involve the replacement of lighting columns and associated cabling and are programmed to commence on 5 May 2026, with completion expected by 26 May 2026.
To safely facilitate the works, traffic management measures will be in place, including a combination of lane closures and temporary traffic lights. A temporary parking suspension will operate over the full length of the works area.
This restriction will be progressively moved on site as the works advance.
Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to residents, businesses, and visitors, and to maintain access to local shops and properties.
Please note that No Parking suspension cones will be placed in advance of the works.
