Moving to a New Housing System 

We're making improvements to make it easier for you to contact us, stay informed and manage your home.  We want to inform our customers from today that we are transitioning over to a new Housing System, Homemaster. This new system will help our teams work more efficiently, respond to you more quickly and spend more time providing support when you need it.

As part of this change, we'll also make greater use of email and text messages to keep our customers updated in a simpler and faster way. Further improvements will be introduced over the coming months in which we will keep you fully informed about.  For most customers, the move to Homemaster will mean business as usual.  However, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we transition to the new system, make the improvements and work towards providing a better service for all our customers.
