We operate a Housing Options Appointment System to ensure you receive the best advice tailored to your housing needs.
How to Get an Appointment
- Appointments are released on the first Monday of each month for the month ahead (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).
- Once all appointments are filled, the Housing Enquiry Form will close until the following month.
Appointments for August are now full. New appointments will be available on Monday 1st September 2025.
We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your patience.

Monthly Appointment Availability
- We typically offer 50–60 appointments per month.
- Availability may be reduced during staff holidays or public holidays.
How Long Will It Take to Get a Property?
· We can only offer properties when current tenants move out. Unfortunately, we cannot predict how long you may wait.
· In 2024/25, only 79 properties became available and were let to the following groups:

Before submitting a Housing Enquiry Form, we recommend reviewing our property turnover data below. This includes:
- Last let dates by street
- Property size and type
We are committed to allocating:
- 35% of properties to Renfrewshire Council referrals
- The remaining 65% as follows:
