Festive Season Calendar - RAMH and Renfrewshire Wellbeing Network

Looking for ways to stay connected this winter? RAMH and Renfrewshire Wellbeing Network have put together a festive programme full of local activities to help you feel supported and brighten the season!

Engage Renfrewshire have partnered with RAMH to put together a community calendar of events happening over the festive season across Renfrewshire. From cozy crafting get-togethers to karaoke to outdoor activities, there is plenty to choose from!

Stay Safe Online This Winter: Back to Basics Tips

As the weather turns chilly and cosy nights in become the norm, many of us will spend more time on our devices. This is the perfect time to brush up on the basics and keep our online lives safe!

We’re excited to share Get Safe Online’s Winter Campaign. This year’s theme, “Back to Basics”, focuses on simple, practical steps to help everyone feel safer and more confident when using the internet.

Help available for Armed Forces Veteran’s in Renfrewshire.

If you are a Veteran, or you know a Veteran living in Renfrewshire, that needs some extra support. Free help is available from Erskine Home Support.

Home Support from Erskine includes: having someone to talk to, help around the home, help with errands and shopping, escorted trips for activities you are interested in, and help getting to appointments.

Adult & Family Learning Services Learning Opportunities 2025

Southend Action Centre

Is offering a wide range of free courses in 2025 at Southend Action Centre, designed to support adults and families in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

From digital skills and personal development to parenting support and creative activities, there’s something for everyone. Weekly groups include confidence-building, social connection, arts and crafts, nature walks, and practical learning like cooking and budgeting.

Whether you're looking to improve your literacy, explore local history, or simply meet new people, these sessions offer a great way to learn, share, and grow together.

Talk, Learn & Do Course

Is a free, fun course for parents, carers, and grandparents, offered by Adult & Family Learning Services.

It explores how to talk to children about money, manage pester power, and support learning through family activities. You'll share money-saving tips, discuss pocket money, and enjoy hands-on sessions like making decorations and cooking on a budget.

It’s a great way to learn together and connect with others.

Free Trauma-Informed Parenting Workshops

Our Trauma-Informed Parenting (TIP) workshops are open to anyone living or working with children.

Participants often include parents, carers, adopters, kinship carers, family support workers, social workers, teachers, and other professionals who support children and young people.
