Free Trauma-Informed Parenting Workshops

Our Trauma-Informed Parenting (TIP) workshops are open to anyone living or working with children.

Participants often include parents, carers, adopters, kinship carers, family support workers, social workers, teachers, and other professionals who support children and young people.

Stay informed about digital trends and Learn about the apps and games your child uses, especially those with risks like violence, gambling, or unmoderated messaging.

Use parental controls and privacy tools and enable built-in safety features on devices, browsers, and platforms to add extra protection.

Throughout July, Paisley Nazarene are running a brand new community drop-in called Welcome Brew. It’s a free, friendly space and everyone is invited! You can drop in, enjoy a hot drink and a biscuit, meet new people, and feel part of the community.

When? Every Wednesday in July – Time: 10:00am-11:30am – come and go whenever suits you. Where? Hunterhill Community Centre, 45 Blackford Rd, Paisley PA2 7EN

Walking Helps with Health & Wellbeing               

With support from the Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership, what has been developed is two family friendly walking routes around Paisley. These signposted routes take you past many popular points of interest, allowing you to enjoy some of the town’s culture, architecture and history. Walking helps with your health and wellbeing and will help you meet new people.

UWS Summer Graduation Ceremonies – Paisley, JULY 2025

A Big Congratulations from Paisley Housing Association to the graduates from the University of the West of Scotland (UWS).  

The sun was shining for the graduates while they celebrated with their friends and families at the Abbey in Paisley.

Paisley Housing Associations wants to wish the graduates all the success for the future and we will continue to show our support for the future students of UWS.

Paisley library to host book club for young adults

Renfrewshire Adult Book Club 10 July 2025

The group is geared towards those aged between 16 and 25. Attendees are advised to come along and meet new friends, chat about their favourite books, and enjoy their favourite cuppa. It is free, with no booking required. The group's next meeting is on Saturday, July 12 at Paisley Central Library between 2pm and 3pm.
