How many times do we say “Im going to start the New Year getting my finances in order” – well this year help is at hand to do just that


A Financial Health Check service was launched in November 2018 aimed at helping people maximise their income 

The service aims to ensure that low income families with children and older people can access good quality financial advice, including on benefit uptake and on aspects of the poverty premium which sees the poorest pay more for basic services because they have limited choice.   


The service can be accessed by telephoning the free-phone helpline number, which is 0800 085 7145.
