Between October 2022 and March 2023 the UK Government issued every household with £400 to help with their electricity costs. This was paid as £66 or £67 each month.
If you have a traditional prepayment meter, this would have been given to you as a voucher to top up your meter at your usual outlet.
Some people have not used some or all of their vouchers, if this is you the voucher must be used by 30th June 2023. But you may have to contact your supplier to ask them to reissue the voucher if it was issued between October and January.
